  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Creative Labworks,Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. Territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Additionally, Creative Labworks, Inc. ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website  pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Our policy is to ship product within 7 days of receipt of payment. If there is a potential of delay in shipment, we will notify the customer as soon as we become aware of the delay, and provide them with current delivery information.

    We ship most environmental models and accessories via UPS, US Postal Service is an option for smaller items. The groundwater models are large and heavy, and USPS does not offer competitive rates for transport of the models.

    Groundwater models are insured for replacement value (through UPS) at time of shipment. Customer agrees to inspect product upon receipt for damage. Failure to report damage to Creative Labworks, Inc. within 5 days of receipt will potentially delay filing of damage claim with UPS. 



  • International

  • Sales Tax

  • Creative Labworks,Inc. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. We collect 6% sales tax from All Pennsylvania Residents, and Corporations for sales within Pennsylvania. Creative Labworks,Inc. does not charge sales tax for sales outside of the State of Pennsylvania, it is our recommendation that USE TAX be paid to the state sales tax office at the state rate of the location to which the order is being shipped. Creative Labworks,Inc. Requests that any Entity that is Sales Tax Exempt - should supply Creative Labworks,Inc. with a copy of the Entity's Sales Tax Exemption Certificate within 7 days of placing an order. We experience a significant amount of sales that are Sales Tax Exempt, due to the nature of the business/entity. Such Entities include but are not limited to: Colleges & Universities, School Districts, Government Agencies, Municipal Authorities, Political Subdivisions of Local Government, Conservation Districts etc.

    You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will replace damaged or defective merchandise provided that it is returned to us in the original packaging and that the product has not been abused.

    Our line of Envision Environmental Models are both fragile and heavy. We have taken great effort in packaging thess products for safe transport in a double box system (one box inside another). In the event of a return, the returned item MUST BE RETURNED TO US ADEQUATELY PROTECTED (in our original packaging - failure to return environmental models in the double box system could result in the product being damaged in transport. Creative Labworks, Inc. is not responsible to refund or replace environmental products that are not adequately packaged.) Use of ALL of our packaging materials will assure that your product is returned safely.

    Creative Labworks, Inc. will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout. To initiate a refund or exchange please fill out the form on the Contact Us tab of this website.
